your support team has not helped
the account email is not correct, so I am not getting the emails to fix the password. I need the account email corrected. I reached out on two separate occasions to get help via email by that link
and have not received anything. its been way past the 24 hours business days

so there is no live person we can ever speak to and no matter how many times we reach out for help, no one gets back to us.
that link you sent takes me to removing two-step authentication, which my account doesnt have.
and in order to even use that link, i have to log in. which is comical, since i already said thats my problem
