Hi 👋 can you elaborate on what you mean by "does 3DS still apply"? If an issue requires it for a transaction, and your flow doesn't trigger it, then the issuer will likely decline the transaction, but ultimately that's their decision to make.

I see, I just encountered customers who retry 3DS 3 times and failed.

Notice the 3DS rates are more frequent after Oct 18 despite the update saying it will trigger less request.

Sorry, but that still isn't much context to work with. Was this raised to you because a customer reached out because they were having trouble completing the 3DS flow, or did you notice it independently? If the latter, did you reach out to the customer already to understand what they saw/were trying to do? It could be that 3DS is doing it's job, and is stopping someone from making a purchase they aren't permitted to.
