Sure thank you! I need to create a payment request where clients just pay the amount, but it always shows the 21% VAT

I disable it, set it to manually, it either has the VAT included or excluded, but can't remove it

you need to create the price with including tax

#

so in the Include tax in price instead of no, choose yes
