Looks like permission issue? Does the camera has any cover (just checking)?
All permissions are provided as it requested, there is no cover to the camera. as we check.
Does it work in different devices?
yes, it works perfectly in all other devices.
Hmm don't know why honestly. Do you have 2nd Lenovo device to test?
Wondering if that's simply a hardware problem
In general camera is working in our mobile application. when user wants to upload the stripe document Identity verification. it is showing as blank. as shown in the above attachment.
