hello! you mentioned that this has been working for the past 8 months, can you share the most recent request id that was successful?
😆 I think you've caught me in a lie. Maybe this hasn't been working in the test environment, I can't find any examples. Here's an example from prod where it is working: req_D9EG1FIIfwrSW2
I was feeling pretty confident that I had seen a charge work in testing before. But we only use skip_rules under certain conditions.
no worries, it's easy to get confused. Taking a look at the production request instead. Give me a while to look into this
you're missing a feature on your test account that allows the usage of radar_options[skip_rules]
you'll need to write in to Stripe Support to get that applied to your test account https://support.stripe.com/contact/email
Find help and support for Stripe. Our support site provides answers on all types of situations, including account information, charges and refunds, and subscriptions information. Get your questions answered and find international support for Stripe.
Is that a quick and easy thing? I could also change our code to remove the parameter when not in production.
you can give them the test request id and the production request id and mention that you need the feature applied to the test account to use radar_options[skip_rules]
it should be fairly quick. If you write in now and share which account id you're writing in from, i can make sure that it gets to the right team
