I need the API version for both to default to 2022-11-15

It's impossible. You can't force the API version to an older one. But it's also not important really because your code should specify the API version it expects. So what are you really trying to do?

Okay, so you seem to have a real question behind that question again but it's hard to help without actionable details. Like I have no idea what language you use, which version of the SDK, what API version you expect, etc.

yep so our Java code is specifying 22.29.0

but for some reason it seemed that in the last hour we started getting API responses from Stripe that didn't match this
