ok, perfect, what I was trying to explain yesterday is the way the test card you used works. This test card will pass the authorization and then you will get a dispute saying that the payment was fraudulent and you then need to submit evidence to counter the dispute

You can observe in the logs that the card ending with 2998 is marked as blocked. However, despite several attempts, the customer is still experiencing successful transactions. This issue is occurring in the live environment.
