Yep! Stripe CLI allows you to do that if you don't want to go through all the effort of exposing your local machine to the internet and setting up DNS routing to allow requests to it

Cool! And how is that? Because I did: stripe listen --forward-to localhost:5000/api/v1/stripe/webhook/connect and I don't receive any live events

I believe you just need to set it up to use the live mode API key like so: https://stripe.com/docs/stripe-cli/keys

I just did a payment to my stripe account and now I want to test doing a transfer to a connected account. Do you know if I'm able to transfer money right away or there is some time that I need to wait until I can transfer money to connected accounts?

I'm not sure. Our knowledge in this server is a little limited when it comes to account capabilities. As far as I know, if the connected account has transfers capabilities enabled, and there is a balance in the platform account that will sustain the amount of the transfer, then it should just work
