@formal venture that's just not possible today. You create the PaymentIntent in your own platform here where the funds are settled and the fee is taken off of your balance. There's no way to get the refunds off of the connected account's balance.
What you can do is use Account Debits maybe for this to get the funds back: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/account-debits

So in this example, because we refunded the $199, we got $6.07 fee. So $199 goes back to the client. Then an additional 6.07 to us --

We could then use account debits to charge our client the 6.07 fee to recoup the fee costs?
