You shouldn't send credit card number directly to Stripe API because it's not safe.

It doesn't mean all your Stripe accounts can accept raw credit card number.

You should reach out to Stripe support https://support.stripe.com/contact/email if your application needs to use raw card number.

Then you should follow up with them and they will decide your account is eligible to access raw number directly.
