is email-recepts the only way to tell the customer that you have been charged or is there any other way which will have some more control of customization?

You can always notify them yourself by listening to a webhook event like charge.succeeded or payment_intent.payment_succeeded and triggering your own notification to the customer

Yeah the notification is not a problem but a receipt is a different thing, it should mention tax cuts and all other price breakdowns that happened within the system

and stripe will eventually email the user with a receipt no matter what
