Thanks @astral flicker, apologize if I mess up the rules. I was trying to explain my use case. I was trying to know if Stripe would notify Shopify some how under the hook.

like the Stripe document mentions that the Step 3 is not necessary.

I'm sorry but this isn't clear at all to me. I can help you write integrations with Stripe APIs but I do not know what Shopify's API requrements are so I cannot speak to them.
