there is an app called Pleo, you enter your card details there, whan you make a purchase with your card, you get a notification and you open it, you accept or reject the payment . I need this service with issuing

there is a webhook for that

but the backend must anssswer to that in 2 seconds

and we also have sms fraud service

which we can trigger in response to that webhook

can we always trigger that sms fraud service instead of authorization and let users always accept or reject their payments
