in english it is PaymentIntent Status:
requires_payment_method
The PaymentIntent requires a means of payment
Define an existing payment method on the PaymentIntent or ask the customer to enter a new payment method.

When the charge attempts using a payment method fails, the Paymentintent moves to requires_payment_method status as you'd need to collect a new payment method from the customer.

So this is expected

I believe you're talking about the payments dashboard page, right?
I'd recommend asking this to support team too

our team on discord specializes in API and we won't know much about what the dashboard does unfortunately.

You can look up the logs for the payment intent ID via dashboard and check why it failed
