in english it is PaymentIntent Status:
requires_payment_method
The PaymentIntent requires a means of payment
Define an existing payment method on the PaymentIntent or ask the customer to enter a new payment method.

When the charge attempts using a payment method fails, the Paymentintent moves to requires_payment_method status as you'd need to collect a new payment method from the customer.
So this is expected
so what does exactly means ? it was working fine yesterday what might be happened ?
You said it yourself that the payments were "blocked" right?
If you're looking for a reason as to why then you'd need to talk to our support team
they're experts on declines/failed payments
they can help look into why the charges failed/were blocked

I believe you're talking about the payments dashboard page, right?
I'd recommend asking this to support team too

for the first error, could it be something regarding not setting a right key in api?
You can look up the logs for the payment intent ID via dashboard and check why it failed
