You want to send the funds from one Connected account to another?
Yes, but it is a little more than that. Payments were put into one Connected account which should not have been put into that account but should instead have gone into a different Connected account.
If tranferring money between accounts is one option then that would be useful to know., but is there a more defined way to fix this issue / process the migration of payments made to one account to another?
You can't directly send the funds between connected accounts, it needs to go through the Platform.
Are you using Destination Charges?

Meaning, do customers pay directly to the Connected account, or is your Platform charges the customers first and then transfers funds to the Connected account?
These are Standard accounts and the customers pay directly to the connected account
I see, then it won't be possible to reverse a Transfer for this.
I think you could try asking Stripe Support for this https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true, but I am not sure it's possible. You might need to talk to your clients to handle this outside of Stripe.
