Has received transfers until 1.8.

Customer ***M3I was created with
req_IhBHZVs0OeX4SE in January 23
Has never received transfers, but it seems, that he is the active one.

Basiccly both customers are the same

Looks like the connection has been replaced between Main account and account 9pzm

#

So basicly the question ist:
Why is customer ..acct_.....w9pzm not connected any more,
Until August 23 he receives Transfers in the same constellation

From what I understand, you want to find out why one of the connected accounts isn't connected to your platform anymore, is that right? If so, I'd recommend reaching out to Stripe Support - https://support.stripe.com/contact, they'll be able to advise you on that!
