I'd reccomend reaching out to Stripe Support - https://support.stripe.com/contact, and they should be able to guide you step by step on how to do it via the Dashboard. We mainly help with developers who want to integrate directly with the Stripe API here on this channel so we aren't so familiar with how to go about it on the Dashboard
