Have you checked if you've met the wallet display conditions, registered your domain and are displaying the page on https as mentioned here : https://stripe.com/docs/payments/accept-a-payment?platform=web&ui=elements#apple-pay-and-google-pay?

do you have a valid card added to your Google Pay wallet? Are you logged in to your Google account on chrome? Is your IP address from India?

yes i've a real visa debit card added here

that's probably not the right page to add the card details in. On that page, is there a line that says To add or manage Google Pay payment methods, visit your Google Account?
