If so, have you ended your previous test and uninstalled the app?

Sorry yes I have installed this app previously. I have not uninstalled the app. But I tried it on a new account and it gave me that. This is what I was following https://stripe.com/docs/stripe-apps/api-authentication/oauth
I am going to check my logs see if I am getting errors when you get sent to my apge
