Hi there ๐ they both work and are valid approaches, you can use whichever is easier for you. A Payment Intent will only be associated with a single successful charge, so triggering the refund based on the Charge ID or Payment Intent ID, results in the same objects being refunded. Please let me know if that doesn't align with the behavior you see when from your testing though.
Nope, totally aligns...just unclear if there was a preferred way. I would usually expect the docs to recommend the same approach so I wanted to clarify here quickly
