sure, i'm looking to identify users with specific MasterCard Product Codes. for example, MasterCard has designations of their cards like MCS, MCC, or MCG

Gotcha! I'd recommend writing into support (https://support.stripe.com/contact) to see if they can help. Product codes aren't something we support in our public API, but support shoudl be able to check if there are any private features that would help and can see if you qualify
