That Event is specifically fired when the Subscription cancels
So it depends on whether you are canceling at period end or immediately

Okay... just to be sure I'm on the same page. So if a user clicks the cancel button in the Stripe Billing portal and confirms... then the subscription actually ends at the end of the current billing period... this event fires at the end of the billing period?
