No, you can't use client-side Stripe.js SDK for this as it uses Publishable key

and you shouldn't use your Secret key client-side as it would leak it

Taking a step back you mentioned using Express accounts. We generally recommend using Destination Charges with express accounts.

Can you confirm the funds flow you're using in your setup?

I'm getting money from Invoice, then I transfer money to the connected express account manually
