@patent magnet I'd suggest asking support to escalate your support ticket to the eng team instead(they are supposed to do that, not send you to Discord). That is us, it's the same team answering on Discord that can reply to you on email. Terminal is more complicated and we could help you better in a support ticket email where you share your complete code and context, it's too deep to help with on a Discord thread.

you will(look at all the other threads we answering all day ๐Ÿ™‚ ), but some topics are easier to answer over email since they require in-depth knowledge of specific topics and subject matter expertise and reproducing your issue, which is beyond the scope of a quick question on Discord, so you'll get an answer better over email.

Sorry you were directed here, like I said the agents are not supposed to do that, the'yre supposed to escalate your email case to my team so feel free to ask for that in your case.
