Can you share the account id(s) for which you're not receiving any webhook attempts. And an example of an event type which you're expecting to receive?

I do not receive webhook calls for this one - evt_1O97M9JUMGQzg2GWU491eeUI
for the same event for different user I get webhook calls, example:
evt_1OJrpfJUMGQzg2GW8Vmv3yLT
evt_1O97M9JUMGQzg2GWU491eeUI - this event was sent. We don't show sent events > 15 days in the event page in the Dashboard
If you need more details, you'll need to write in to Support, they can probably share with you the corresponding response headers that your server sent to us when we delivered the event as proof the event was sent
thank @floral bloom in the dashboard I do not see any webhook attempts, while for the other event I have. I will contact support
