For card brand filtering, I'd recommend reaching out to the Support for the beta feature as mentioned here: https://stripe.com/docs/payments/customize-payment-methods#filter-card-brands

Choose how the Payment Element displays payment methods.

I have contacted the support about filtering the card brands, they also did shared the URL same as above.
