Sorry I don't understand you. Could you elaborate and rephrase your question?
do you know what opentable is
opentable is a reservation platform, they use stripe as a cc vault and use stripe's api
i'm the admin of an business that uses opentable for reservations
so i can see the log files in stripe dashboard

cus_P5PN4fHOiB4ott is a new customer

for reference, i use your api to do the same thing on the business website, so am familiar with these events
my concern is the customer deletion. on my site, when card fails, it never completes the reservation, it just tells the customer to use a different card.
on opentable, it appears to go through and "silently" delete the customer data due to the card decline (setupintent fail)
so the question is, is the customer deletion an opentable action or a stripe action?
(95% sure i know the answer, i just need to hear it from you guys)
