👋 Glad to hear you're unblocked! We always close threads quickly as we help in real time here. They usually timeout after 10 or 15 minutes and get closed!

Yeah and that makes sense. We were just in the middle of testing something and I told them I would report back for them as well, so I'd hoped the thread would stay open. But at least they know the results now.
