Hello! What is the exact error and extra request id?

This is using a standard API key, not a restricted one.
Do you have an example request where it works fine in Test mode?
that request is on a completely different Stripe account
I know, that's my testing account and the other is my client's account. Why does that matter?
not sure yet sorry, just pretty importnat piece of information when things are working on account A and not B it's often some settings/approval that differed
I have a SASS platform with lots of clients whom have their own Stripe accounts and API keys so I have my own testing account

Okay looking at the code, it looks like you need some kind of approval in Live mode and there's an explicit "don't check in Test mode". Which... is really annoying because you have no way to plan for this limitation, I'm sorry. We try hard to never do this but it still slips up sometimes 😦
So you're going to have to ask your client to write to support at https://support.stripe.com/contact/email and ask for access
