How exactly are you getting to that message?
That is an expected thing for some Cash App payments, our hosted invoice page should be able to handle that state, if this is a custom payment page of yours I can find instructions for that
I sent the manual invoice to the customer, and then when I go to their page and click on the "invoice that was sent. That message is at the top of the "Events" log
Payment may be coming from Asia if that makes any difference
Ah, so that means that the user didn't finish making the payment
Some payment methods require an additional action from the user, this user likely needed to do something in CashApp
The invoice page will handle it, but sometimes users don't complete the payment
Do you know what the red error text there says? I can try searching it in our code in a sec but if you know that may be helpful

As that is a screenshot of a card payment

Also I deleted that screenshot because it has a raw credit card number in it

Keep in mind that this is a public channel, so sensitive info like that should not be shared here. You can share screenshots like that but you need to block out the credit card number

I take it at this time with Cashapp payment method, I need to be patient. I just want to be sure I'm not missing something on my end.
It looks like you are using the Payment Element, which should handle these next steps automatically
You can double check that this still works by making a CashApp payment in test mode
