So for example I am fetching customer info at the moment of invoice.payment_succeeded event - and i expect to have all the time the updated shipping/billing info from the current in progress checkout session.

if customer info is updated with the final value at the moment when the 'invoice.payment_succeeded' webhook event is called.

Not sure I can do that really. Our recommendation would be to use the updated fields from the checkout.session.completed event
