I would like to find how to embed two things:
one is a customer dashboard, for their billing for connected express accounts.
And the other is a dashboard for connected express accounts to manage billing (subscriptions, invoices)

You can check it out and see if any of this works for you. Otherwise you will need to build it yourself.

I don't think Subscriptions are supported currently. But you can always build this yourself.
