hi! hard to say. Make sure you have ACH enabled as a 'default payment payment term' on https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/billing/invoice?tab=general as well.
Thank you, we haven't checked that. Will confirm with the team that has access to the prod config.
Is there anything more that could have caused this? I was wondering if including this https://stripe.com/docs/js/elements_object/create_without_intent#stripe_elements_no_intent-options-paymentMethodOptions-us_bank_account in the configuration would help somehow, but now it seems to me that it doesn't affect the list of available payment methods, is that correct?
