hi! can you expand/clarify with some examples/screenshots/context on what "in stripe" refers to specifically in terms of APIs/products you're using?
Sure. One moment
These are our products. It's the yearly plans, same is available for monthly
But after clicking update plan, it shows only 2 plans available
what are examples of price_xxx Prices that you expect to see but aren't?
and what is the sub_xxx Subscription that you are upgrading at the time that you get the second screenshot?
One moment
prod_MdXeQorsFOo40z - price_1LuGZUIuXjljaFS2EspTRUTo
prod_MdXdHR224dcUrI - price_1LuGXyIuXjljaFS2stT8sRLk
prod_MdXeoUpbvD1iqH - price_1LuGYzIuXjljaFS2HpYh7P2P
do you have the sub_xxx Subscription that you are upgrading at the time that you get the second screenshot?
hmm not sure really. Usually it's something like the currency doesn't match, or the tax behaviour is different between the Prices, but I don't immediately see that here.
It's the same for all
what code do you use to redirect to the page? it's the CustomerPortal right? what configuration object are you passing?
ultimately this is something https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true can help better with since they have access to your account and it's more about how our hosted product works, than your actual code or API calls
you're probably running into one of the limitations at https://stripe.com/docs/customer-management#customer-portal-limitations so try checking if any of those seem like they'd apply
