If i set the keep_as_draft my problem is that, next iteration of the subscription the draft invoice will be automatically paid. There is no option to automatically delete this draft invoice ( which would be my optimal solution )
I assume you mean once you resume payment collection?

yes sorry once it's automatically resumed since i always put a resumes_at

Hmm, my recommendation would be to just delete those invoices manually via the API before the resumes_at timestamp
