I have create a customer "cus_P6Miwio1HIXqdq" and then subscribe the user to a subscription "sub_1OJHXCCSNy5HcuoxxMopfmWV" and set thresold for this subscription 20 USD. so after that I sent the usage record to stripe and subscription Item id is "si_P7Wa1JJXx28PGz". here is usage history

heya, so we intentionally don't create threshold-based invoices within the 24 hours before a subscription renewal (i.e. within 1 day of Subscription[current_period_end].) to avoid confusion between invoices occuring too close to each other. Can you try again with a Subscription with a longer billing period and share the corresponding subscription id if that still doesn't work
