Gotcha, so you'll be creating Price objects:
https://stripe.com/docs/api/prices
For Subscriptions, they'll be recurring Prices.
https://stripe.com/docs/products-prices/pricing-models
and I would recommend starting here to look at the various options we have available for that.
Prices can only have one billing frequency, so you'll need to create multiple Prices for your monthly and yearly prices.
The free trial requirements shouldn't be included at the Price level, you'll want to add your own logic to include trial periods based on the criteria you described when creating your Subscriptions or the Checkout Sessions that will create those Subscriptions.
