Yes
So I recently connect stripe with my square space
I tested it and when I went to check out it sent a message
That’s it was failed to perchase
I contacted stripe on discord and then one of the devs told me that it was something to do with square space and then square space told me it’s to do with stripe
Stripe sent me a email asking for more information. You would guys ever asked for full ssn
Because at start it only asked me for the lest 4 numbers if ssn
Alright, let's try and break this down a little bit. Square Space is likely a Connect Platform, meaning they built and provide the Stripe integration that they provide to you to use. We typically can't help too much with those type of integrations, because we didn't help build them so we don't know how they're expected to work or how to properly set them up. We specialize in helping developers who are building their own Stripe integrations.
If you received an email from us requesting additional information, that likely means your account has crossed over a certain threshold and requires additional information. If it is the information thing I just want to make sure you guys actually ask for full ssn and it not be a scam
