Where do I need to set this up? Few months back I was able to run the script after establishing a connection with stripe.

There isn't really a standard answer for where you'd need to look to set this up - it really depends on your own configuration and it could be any number of things. It could be that you have a firewall or VPN that's messing things up, or it could be an issue with the port, you'll need to do some digging to look into how your server is set up to see what it could be

Yeah, but it could any number of things - it's not a Stripe issue, it's something specific on your end that's unable to make the connection
