@dull totem that isn't really possible today unfortunately. You have to figure out how to do it or you can add a second Price for the new metered usage and have the old one be removed at the end of the cycle

no way to force an immediate Charge for what's already reported

i can also cancel the sub to force a charge, then a create a new sub. instead of upgrading, ya?

You could, but that can has the potential to mess with your analytics - I know some of the analytics like MRR and things like that closely track new vs existing subscriptoins
