hi! I have no idea unfortunately. Was there a Stripe API error specifically when you checked logs of the server?

No, I don't get any errors. Also can't see logs or failed payments in the Stripe Dashboard.

not sure what I can suggest then unfortunately! maybe try using your test mode API keys and do some test payments to confirm things are working in general.
