hi! not sure I understand, what is a "payout pending" exactly?

there are 3 status shown..paid,failed and pending, but when i create a payout it either comes as paid or failed i want pending also...like instead of instant payout i want a payout to be paid or failed after a delay

I think the normal default "payout succeeds" account numbers(https://stripe.com/docs/connect/testing#payouts) should do that. If you try it and they don't, then it's likely something it's just not possible to test.

if it is an Instant Payout yes; otherwise no.
