@alpine sedge We would like to raise an issue we've been encountering with our BPI credit card payments on Planetscale.

In the past few months, our payments using the BPI card were processed successfully. However, starting October 2023, we have been facing difficulties. Even after changing the corporate card to another one from the same credit card provider (BPI), the problem persists. Unfortunately, our payments for the October and November invoices are still not being processed. This situation has adversely affected our system's database functionality, and some pages on our production site are currently down.

Planetscale has advised us to check with our bank, and our bank, BPI, has confirmed that there is no issue on their end. The card also has sufficient balance. Despite multiple attempts today, we are consistently encountering the "the card was declined" error.

Planetscale mentioned that Stripe is responding based on how our bank is handling the payment requests. Could you please assist us in resolving this matter promptly?

Considering that our company is limited to using a credit card from BPI, we kindly request your prompt assistance in investigating and resolving this matter with Planetscale. We understand the urgency of the situation, and we hope to receive your timely response today.
