i was charged about $40 out of the blue over a refund that was only put in by you guys, because i bought the product to try it and see how itd be, i was only given $6 profit when the purchase was made so i dont believe that the money shouldve FULLY been out my pocket, if anything i think just $6 wouldve been fine maybe even $10, but can i get a refund? thats all im looking for, plus you wont let me log into my account because i believe i deleted it when the payment went through at first, then it canceled and now it charged me again

i was trying to rebrand a product and wanted to buy my own rebranded product and the shipment never came but stripe decided to refund and take away bout $40 from me for the refund and im not a fan of the idea of you taking more money than i got just for a refund that you wanted to put in because the product wasnt able to deliver
