Unfortunately I can't tell you. There is literally nothing I can do

listen, its just someone checking if the thing am doing is legal, then case closed
no way i get to be on hold for 3 weeks
for some 5 min document checking
it doesnt make sense
and no one is responding
no live chat is working, no phone calls working, no emails are working (sent couple of them)
