You can try, please explain it clearly in one message not many short ones with a few words. I can tell you if you should talk to support or not
so when u try to do the identity verification using an romanian identity card (that has the back of it full white) it won't work. When u try to make a photo of the back of it it will always say it's too dark. I tried to do the verification 100 times with the best light and also very good phone. This problem happend to 3 of my friends they can't make the verification.
there is a issue with the verification system
