Hello! Quick question - when you're going to onboard + using a new account, do you happen to be tying it to the same email address? Or is it a unique one that isn't tied to the prior account?
Before we were using the same email address. Our thought were maybe that email address was flagging the reCAPTCHA, so we changed it to a brand new address. But it still triggers the reCAPTCHA.
The test is designed to reuse the same email address each time though.
Hmm... yeah my guess would've been that the email was triggering the captcha, but if you're a brand new address that can't be it
You can try asking support (https://support.stripe.com/contact) to see if they know more about which specific threshold is triggering the captcha
