Hi 👋 those payment methods, Apple Pay and Google Pay, are also only shown if that wallet is already set up on the customer's device and has a card added to it. If we do not detect that, then those payment methods are not offered.

yes, users have those wallets enabled

In testmode we still check for that requirement to be met, but if you make a testmode payment we will swap those and use the testmode 4242 card for the payment.

Are you unable to see Apple Pay or Google Pay displayed when you view your page? If so, can you check here and let me know which single button (if any) appears over the row of three buttons near the top of the page:
