It depends on how technical you are. If you're technical, and looking to start with a simple integration, you can start with https://stripe.com/docs/payments/checkout/how-checkout-works. We also have a few no-code solutions that might work for you: https://stripe.com/docs/no-code. To better assist, I think you would start reviewing these documents first and ask specific questions that is related to our inetgration.

Does Stripe have payment rails for a website, app and in person? And if so, what doesn't stripe provide / offer that I would have to create elsewhere?

We support all of this. Here is the documentation on our in person payment, https://stripe.com/docs/terminal. However, this requires a good amount of coding knowledge.

It is up to you. Stripe has some certified partners you can explore listed here:
https://stripe.com/partners/directory and https://stripe.com/professional-services. However, with limited coding, I think you could start here, https://stripe.com/docs/no-code.

roger that. last q - does Stripe integrate w/ the delivery apps and/or POS systems? I suppose we are also trying to create a homemade user interface as well, thus getting away from the need of a POS, since the benefit with Stripe is great. Any thoughts/direction on those ideas?
