Hi, if you're using Stripe Tax that is not possible to offer a partial taxation on a subscription. You'd need to handle this on your end to reflect this on your final pricing

As far as application of tax, you'd need to talk to an account. We are unable to advise on tax here. If you're asking how to specify that the price of the subsciprtion is inclusive of the tax, you can specify it when creating the price, https://stripe.com/docs/api/prices/create#create_price-tax_behavior.
